TwoView® Bubbler Sensor System

The bubbler system is ideal for materials that are difficult to
manage because of temperature, chemical makeup and slurry installations.
The concept that is being used in a bubbler is to provide a bubbler
tube of air in the tank and measure the back pressure exerted on it
by the height of the liquid. The back pressure in the bubbler tube
changes with level variations and is being converted to a 4-20mA signal
that is received by TwoView®. The bubbler tube is made of a material
that is compatible with the liquid and is typically 1/2”to 2”
ID.

TwoView® Pressure Sensor System
(with Submersible Pressure Transducer)

This system has the same TwoView® specifications as listed above
except the bubbler is replaced by a pressure transducer which provides
a 4-20mA signal to the controller. The isolated sensor input allows
for networking to other devices. The sensor has a unique Birdcage®
Protector to prevent clogging and damage. All parts are stainless
steel. The very large surface of the welded diaphragm will insure
heightened sensitivity to the ambient pressure, whether the transducer
is buried in the sludge at the bottom of a wet well or obstructed
in any way.

(with Endress & Hauser PMC 131 Sensor)

This system has the same specifications as listed above except the
bubbler is replaced by a Endress & Hauser PMC 131 pressure transducer
with a 1/2” NPT which provides a
4-20mA signal to the controller. The isolated sensor input allows
for networking to other devices.
