VACVIEW FEATURES

VacView® was created as a turnkey solution for controlling vacuum applications up to 30” Hg.
It has a 4-20mA isolated signal allowing a variety of devices, at remote locations, to gather analog data. All in one NEMA 4 metal enclosure. Simply bring your vacuum line to the
1/4" NPTF fitting on VacView®, then enter the vacuum set point your application requires. At a glance, the numeric display and vertical bar show you the actual vacuum and set point for your equipment. The vacuum sensor and one Form A relay (N.O.), rated at 10.0 amps, are mounted on the circuit board. No additional vacuum sensor is required. Two Form A relays are available by request.

Programming access can be restricted with a DIP switch on the board or from a remote location. Connecting the power supply, security lock and relay circuit is provided through a screw-on, five pin male micro-connection, conduit knock-out or rubber grommet. The isolated 4-20mA signal is sent through a 4 pin female micro-connection, conduit knock-out or rubber grommet. The model shown is 0-15“ Hg. Another model is available for up to 7.5psi to use in pressure applications. Custom graphic faces available.

VacView® Mounting - Stand Alone Enclosure - 8" x 10" x 2" metal NEMA 4 with mounting brackets
Flush Mount - Six 10/32 studs flush mount with sealing gasket
Terminal Connections - On the board is a 12 pin Phoenix type connector that snaps
on and off. Connection options to the enclosure are two screw-on micro-connections, two conduit knock-outs or two rubber grommets. These handle the 24 VAC or DC power input, relay circuits, 4-20mA signal and remote security locking key, if required.
