General Overview:

This controller has the unique ability to be connected directly to your vacuum line through a 1/4Ó NPT fitting. It will control and display a vacuum range up to 15Ó Hg, with a 10.0 amp 120 VAC Form A relay (Normally Open). Additionally, the analog signal created with the vacuum is converted into an isolated 4-20 mA signal, that can be transmitted from VacView¨ to remote locations or devices to gather data.

Programming VacView¨:

Programming access can be enabled or denied with a DIP switch on the board. To program the set point, first check that the Programming Allowed LED is lighted on the front of VacView¨. If it isnÕt, access the PC board and switch DIP #1 to ON, located on the lower left corner. ¥ Press the PROGRAM button on the front of VacView¨. ¥ The digital display will show the current set point in inches of mercury. ¥ To change the set point, press the Increase or Decrease buttons. Press and hold to speed set the numbers to your required value. ¥ When you have programmed the correct value to the set point, press ESCAPE. If you do not press ESCAPE, the unit will return to operation after 20 seconds.
